Tickets can be purchased by choosing the desired film and its time of screening next to the title from the menu SCHEDULE or directly via Online tickets.

Terms and conditions
The customer can be any person who accepts our terms and conditions. The customer accepts the general terms and conditions when purchasing tickets via the online ticketing system. All ticket prices are in HRK according to the Pula Film Festival price list.

Payment
Online payment can be made only by credit and debit card (VISA, American Express®, MasterCard®, Diners Club).

Complaints
Further information can be obtained and complaints can be notified via e-mail ulaznice@pulafilmfestival.hr or by calling the number 098 93 95 977.

Tickets delivery
in the final step of the online ticket purchase process, a confirmation of your purchase with all the necessary information (serial number, date, price, payment confirmation) will be displayed. It needs to be printed and exchanged for a ticket by a member of staff upon arrival. The certificate will also be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
