Educational institutions showed the biggest interest for the PFF 1st Open Days, and elementary schools Ka&scaron;tanjer, Centar and &Scaron;ijana, the High school for Education, the Vocational High School and nurseries Latica, Val, &Scaron;koljkice and Vjeverice had organized visits. <br /><br />Institution&rsquo;s business activity, cinema-screenings activities and Pula Film Festival programme were presented to school&rsquo;s and nurseries&rsquo; visitors at the 1st Open Days. The young visitors were particularly given insight into past and modern screening techniques and all visitors got several centimetres of &ldquo;the old&rdquo; 35 mm film as a souvenir. A <em>Camera Obscura Workshop</em>, an optical device that led to photography, and therefore to film, was also held.
